A woman turned me on to jointritis...and I used to get it at Walgreens.....Albertson's also carried it. It smells but it works.

I recommend Voltaren (diclofenac) OINTMENT also good to first try - arthritis patients usually get good results, but perhaps not for fibromyalgia.

I have fibromyalgia and relieve the symptoms, but if I Icy Hot patches. I use the X-Large and in the area is the biggest pain to fit into my back. I have the size of the hips and legs back. I sleep in them, but they are active for 8 hours. I use sleep the worst day / night and then I realize it's better the next day. Fibromyalgia It is a product called 024 (and only 024, which is the same). It is an aerosol or a stamp, essential oils, which can be really useful. It has camphor in it and some other oils. It is manufactured by Swiss Medica? I do not help the number of aerosol spray in the bathroom in the morning to cover my back, hips and legs, in my own way this, but stay away from the cause of your eyes on fire! Capsaicin Cremand helped a little. I understand that you must wear for several days to produce their full effect, it does not. If you try to use latex gloves and know that if you take a shower burns a little. The capsaicin makes hot peppers, so I certainly do not get into the eyes! Take Lyrica for pain (pain of the fibro) and tramadol, an analgesic pain / med It really helps. None of these drugs for inflammation (you may have arthritis) and I am not "high", which is great. Both are prescription drugs. I have a friend with rheumatoid arthritis taking curcumin 3 times daily (with meals Turmeric is a spice that you can take the form of tablets, which can take from the mouth) and not having to take painkillers. AnothaIT friend will get relief of turmeric to the pain of sciatica, the inflammation is. Turmeric acts as a natural anti-inflammatory and stomach bothers people. Worth a try! Good luck to you.
